Shipping
Orders are processed within 1 - 2 working days. Estimated delivery time will be 4 - 7 days from your date of order. The order will be delivered between 10am-6pm on weekday. Do make sure there will be someone within the time frame. Delays may be expected during public holidays and festive seasons. We seek your patience and understanding.
Local (Singapore) - $3.50 shipping fee per order, free shipping for orders $35 and above.

Overseas orders - we only deliver to selected areas. area65 reserves the right to cancel any order or item that does not qualify for our overseas shipping rate.

Overseas shipping restrictions may apply for food, beauty, electronic and bulky items. If your order is unable to be shipped to your country or requires additional shipping charges, our team will contact you shortly.

Refund Policy
Please double-check your orders before checkout. All sales are final once you click the 'Order' button; purchases will be charged to your credit card once payment transaction goes through. We regret that you cannot cancel a purchase or receive a refund once you have submitted your order. 
If your parcel contains the wrong item(s), is missing an item or contains a damaged product, kindly email us at hello@area65.sg within 3 days from the date of receiving your purchases and quote your order number for our reference.
